1. Shipping Policy

The products offered on the website are manufactured in Europe and shipped from our logistics centers located in Europe.

Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes between 7 and 14 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

This timeframe may vary in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Products are delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused.

• Be returned in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

Returns are completely free of charge.

Any return request must be approved in advance by our customer service team.
Any return made without prior approval may be refused.

6. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Specific Conditions for Klarna Payments

For payments made via Klarna, the following conditions apply:

• In accordance with Klarna’s requirements, products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund under the 14-day withdrawal right.

• No restocking fees apply.

• Exchanges are not offered.

8. 100-Night Commercial Guarantee

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, G-ONE DIRECT LLC offers a 100-night trial guarantee.

This guarantee allows the customer to test the product under normal conditions of use.

Conditions:

• The request must be made within a maximum of 100 days after receipt.

• The customer must contact customer service to arrange the procedure.

• The product must be returned according to the instructions provided.

Klarna Payment Cases

• The 14-day withdrawal right applies in accordance with Klarna’s conditions.

• After this period, the 100-night commercial guarantee remains applicable.

• Refund terms under this guarantee are handled exclusively by G-ONE DIRECT LLC.

9. Defective Products or Delivery Errors

In the event of a defective product or a delivery error, a solution will be provided promptly, including replacement or refund.
