During this period, your order is:

📦 Track your order

The tracking number is created only when your package is picked up by the carrier in France.
No tracking is available before this step.
As soon as your parcel is registered in France, you will automatically receive an email containing:

✔️ the name of the carrier
✔️ the tracking link
📍 Delivery
Your order will be delivered directly to the address you provided when making your purchase.

↩️ Returns

You have a legal period of 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns are 100% free.

After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund is issued within 14 working days.
