1. Quality Commitment

The GProtect™️ brand is operated by G-ONE DIRECT LLC.

We are committed to offering high-quality products designed to provide comfort, durability, and long-term performance.

The warranties below reflect our standards for manufacturing quality and customer satisfaction.

2. Warranty for GProtect™️ Mattresses

GProtect™️ Signature and GProtect™️ Performance mattresses are covered by a 10-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers exclusively:
defects in manufacturing
abnormal sagging
structural deformations affecting comfort or support

The mattresses are designed to retain their properties under normal conditions of use.

3. Warranty for GProtect™️ Mattress Toppers

GProtect™️ mattress toppers are covered by a 5-year commercial warranty.

This warranty covers:
defects in manufacturing
abnormal loss of density or resilience

4. Warranty for GProtect™️ Pillows

GProtect™️ pillows are covered by a 2-year commercial warranty.

This warranty covers:
defects in manufacturing
abnormal deformation

5. Conditions for Warranty Coverage

The warranties apply only in the following cases:
normal household use of the product
compliance with usage and care instructions
storage of the product in a suitable environment

The warranties do not cover:
normal wear and tear resulting from use
damage caused by misuse
stains, burns, cuts, or accidental damage
any unauthorized modification or repair

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

For any claim, the customer must:
contact customer service
provide valid proof of purchase
submit supporting evidence (photos, description)

After review, G-ONE DIRECT LLC may, at its sole discretion:
repair the product
replace the product
offer an equivalent solution

7. Limitation of Liability

The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product recognized as defective.

No additional compensation may be claimed, particularly for indirect damages.

8. Statutory Warranties

Independently of the commercial warranties above, the customer also benefits from:
the legal warranty of conformity
the warranty against hidden defects

in accordance with the applicable regulations.

9. 100-Night Commercial Guarantee

In addition to the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, GProtect™️ offers a 100-night commercial satisfaction guarantee.

This guarantee allows the customer to test the product under real conditions of use.

How it works

If the customer is not satisfied:
they may submit a request within a maximum of 100 days following receipt
they must contact customer service to initiate the process
they may be asked to donate the product to a recognized charitable organization
proof of donation may be requested

After validation of the request, a refund may be issued by G-ONE DIRECT LLC.

Conditions of the 100-night guarantee
optional commercial guarantee
does not replace the legal right of withdrawal
subject to approval by G-ONE DIRECT LLC
any abusive request may be refused

10. Klarna Payment Cases

In the case of a payment made via Klarna:
the legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to Klarna’s terms and conditions
products must be unopened and unused to benefit from this right
beyond this period, the 100-night commercial guarantee remains applicable
refund terms in this context are handled exclusively by G-ONE DIRECT LLC
